Our blessed and beloved Prophet ﷺ, along with all the other prophets (Ala Nabiyyina wa Alayhim as-Salat wa as-Salam), laid importance on cleanliness of mouth and used miswak regularly, and strongly advised his followers to do the same.    There are more than 40 ahadith on the use of the miswak or oral hygiene. It is mentioned in one narration of Tabrani that Rasoolullah ﷺ never went for any Salaah without performing Miswak.[Mu’jam al-Kabeer, Vol. 5, Page 152, Hadith 253–44] Tabrani narrates another Hasan narration on the authority of Hadrat Ali (Radi Allahu Anhu), citing that Rasoolullah ﷺ said, “If I did not feel that it would be difficult upon my Ummah, I would have commanded them to perform miswak with every ...

Surprising connection between oral health

A groundbreaking study has just revealed a surprising connection between oral health and mental health. Researchers analysing data from over 15,000 adults across the United States found that people with lower diversity of bacteria in their mouths were more likely to experience symptoms of depression. We often hear about the gut-brain connection, but this research shines a spotlight on the oral microbiome, the second-largest collection of microbes in the human body. These microbes help regulate inflammation and play a major role in supporting the immune system, both of which are closely tied to mood and brain function. Scientists measured the alpha diversity of mouth bacteria, which refers to the number of different bacterial species present. Those with higher bacterial variety generally reported better mental well-being, including fewer si...

Even moderate drinking of alcohol is damaging to the brain.....

Image
Even little drinking of alcohol causes irreversible damage to brain. Alcoholics have always been claiming that moderate drinking is good for mental and physical health. But  latest research shows that even little drinking irreversibly damages the brain.  Even light to moderate drinking can slowly shrink our brain.  Scientists have found that people who drink daily have reduced brain volume, and the risk rises as drinking increases.  This means  brain would actually age faster setting  up  memory problems and dementia later on. Alcohol gives that familiar buzz by flooding the brain with feel-good chemicals like dopamine and serotonin. While this might make one feel relaxed and more social, it also interferes with how brain cells communicate with one another.  This is the reason that after drinking,  ...

Earth has begun to rotate faster

Image
Something strange and shocking is happening to our planet. Scientists have discovered that Earth has started rotating faster, and as a result, our days are getting shorter. Yes, you read that right, time is literally slipping away. For decades, the Earth’s rotation has been slowing down ever so slightly, causing longer days. But in a surprising twist, recent measurements show that Earth is now spinning quicker than it did before. In fact, it even broke the record for the shortest day ever recorded. Experts believe this sudden change could be caused by several factors, like shifts in the planet’s molten core, climate-related changes in ocean levels, or even powerful earthquakes. Some scientists think the melting of polar ice and changes in atmospheric pressure might also be playing a role. Even though we are only losing fractions of a second each day, this change is enough to impact technologies that rely on precise timekeeping, such as GPS systems, satellites, and global communications...

Do atheists really believe in randomness?

Image
🎯 Do Atheists Really Believe in Randomness? They say: 💬 “There is no God. Everything just happened — by chance.” 💬 “It’s all random. The universe, the earth, life — just accidents.” But here’s the irony… 🔍 They never actually live like they believe that. 🔥 If you really believed everything is random: ➤ Why do you trust science, which is based on laws and predictability? ➤ Why do you believe in justice, which assumes accountability? ➤ Why do you search for purpose, if it’s all just meaningless? ➤ Why do you admire design in nature — yet deny the Designer? Because deep down, you don’t believe in chaos. You believe in order. You believe in logic. You believe in meaning. You believe in cause and effect. But you refuse to believe in the Cause of all causes — Allah. 🌌 Look at the universe. From galaxies to gravity. From DNA to daylight. Everything works in harmony. Everything follows a system. Yet you say it all came from… random nothingness? 📖 Allah said: “Verily, all things. We creat...
